Multiple Respiratory Pathogens
Nucleic Acid Detection Kit
Intended Use
respiratory tract samples.

This kit is designed with specific primers and probes for different common respiratory pathogens.Polymerase chain reaction(qPCR) and multiple fluorescent probe technique are used toamplify and detect specific nucleic acid sequences of pathogens listed in the table above. This kit is a fully premix freeze-dried system. Taq enzyme, UDG enzyme,Reverse transcriptase, reaction buffer, specific primers and probes required for amplification are all lyophilizedin PCR tubes. Detection can be performed directly after adding dissolving solution and extracted nucleic acid

Detection Target
Comprehensive multi-target screening designed for broad respiratory panel analysis. Supports simultaneous identification of common viral, bacterial, and fungal markers, covering seasonal respiratory agents, atypical organisms, and opportunistic species. Optimized for high-throughput workflows, rapid signal readout, and reliable multiplex compatibility.
Features
Multiplex Detection: Simultaneous identification of multiple respiratory pathogens in a single
User-Friendly Workflow: Pre-dispensed reagents reduce hands-on time and human error.
Applicable Scenarios
Hospitals & Clinical Laboratories
Rapid identification of respiratory pathogens for clinical decision-making.
Public Health & Control Centers (CDC)
Epidemiological surveillance and outbreak tracking of respiratory agents.
Reference & Third-Party Laboratories
High-throughput testing for population screening programs.
Research & Academic Institutions
For studies on co-infection patterns and pathogen distribution.
